About the project

A landing page designed to encourage people to sign up for a five-month healthy habits program. The page introduces the challenge, the three dimensions (nutrition, mindful movement, and mental well-being), and a registration form.

When the form is submitted, the user experience branches into two outcomes: if registration is successful, the message "Thank you for registering" appears; if all spots are already filled, the message "We're sorry" appears along with an alternative (visit the SURA blog). The same visual system works for both desktop and mobile.
