About the project
The challenge was to give Little Mic’s accessories a visual language with a character all its own: cheerful, modular, and recognizable amid the clutter of the children’s product category. That’s how UNIVERS came about: a lettering built from colored pieces that fit together like a puzzle.
The system is more than just the logo. It includes a set of elements (triangles, dots, stars, and organic shapes), a palette of six colors (turquoise, coral, green, yellow, purple, and blue), and application guidelines that maintain the brand identity across a wide variety of designs.
It was applied to real-world applications: Instagram posts, product photography (hats and accessories on color blocks), and sales mockups featuring licensed characters (Pluto, Daisy). It concludes with typographic experimentation: variations on the lockup that explore how the lettering breathes without losing the brand identity.
